Water was nice & cool & the 2 hour river run was just right. Plenty of parking here compared to the other location. Wish y'all had bigger tubes. I'm 260 lbs so it was hard to stay on without flipping over. Had lots of fun & got rid of my farmers tan too.
Always a great place to unwind and relax. And the tubing is great.
Just a few things you ought to know before going. Its $5 to get into the park if you keep your receipt it will also let you into the main park at the head spring. Its $15 even if you bring your own float. They have no adult life jackets. The line to pay is slow and the bathrooms where not that clean when we went. The tram picks you up from the parking lot and takes you up stream then you float down stream for about 2hours. You exit the river at a ramp and walk back to the parking lot, maybe for about half mile. Over all it was a good experience just a bit over priced. One last thing, you cant bring anything disposable on river. Water has to be in a sports type bottle and food in a Tupperware.
We had so much fun floating down the river! We will be back.
We had a blast! Bring bungee cords to corral your tubes and keep your group together. Enjoy the ride.
