This is not a glamorous facility, but you get what you pay for — and the price is very reasonable. It has nautilus-style machines, plenty of free weights, treadmills and stationary bikes. There is also a pool, hot tub, and two racquet ball courts.
I enjoy Yoga from two very fine instructors 4 times a week. I also use the exercise equipment 4 times a week. Staff very friendly
It's a bargain for a decent gym and they have free classes, a pool, steam sauna, and hot tub. Nothing not to like but the Q-tipped snow birds and their scowl's!
If you are looking for a fancy gym, this is not the place. Otherwise a decent gym
