You know… We have given this company numerous times to get the job done. We rarely complain because there are not many options here in Dunnellon. We had one pool guy with this company who was wonderful. He did the job right. Then all of a sudden our guy left and we were sent someone new. He stays for a little under four minutes and takes off. He came out here two times before he realized this was a SALT pool! The filter system has NEVER been cleaned until we finally requested it and it was disgusting! We were getting a rash on our skin and took the water to the pool place up the street to find out nearly all of the chemicals were off or missing! We gave that to our guy and he actually spent time that day to do the job. I try to encourage him. I stay out of the way. I just observe and this is CRAP. Now, we have not seen our pool man for two weeks. Being billed? Y-E-S. He showed last week for 20 seconds. Enough time to get out of his truck and run to the back patio and leave us a blank form and run and literally speed out of our neighborhood. We were promised he would come back on Friday or definitely Monday! It is Tuesday and this is why I am posting this. I am sick of the lazy work. I am tired of babysitting. I am tired of doing the job myself.
Are we talking about the same company? I have weekly pool service and have repair work carried out by this company on Pennnsylvania Ave, and I can say they have been prompt, carried out the work at a reasonable price in a timely manner and do a thorough job on all the occasions they come on my property. which includes weekly pool service which keeps my pool in excellent condition. Very rarely have I had green algae problems, but when I did they were out and got rid of it.I believe in giving credit when credit is due so I have nothing but good things to say about this Company.
