Service is sooo much better since they changed managers, 5 stars!!!!
It took them 2 hours from the time i ordered to the time it got to my door the pizza was slightly warm never again will i get my pizza from them.
Almost 2 hours to get my order and I live 5 minutes away. When I called to verify my order, phone rang incessantly. No one answered. When they did, the guy acted like he didnt know what he was doing .
An hour and a half to two hour delivery time. You get the pizza and it's Luke warm at best. Most of the time either missing toppings or they put so little on you have to search for them. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.
We typically like Papa John's but this is the worst location I've every encountered. Tonight we just ordered our last pizza from this particular Papa John's. On at least three occasions in the past they have failed to include one of the toppings we ordered. What could we do? Send it back? Once the pizza arrived luke warm. Tonight they called to inform us that they were out of tomatoes, one of the toppings we ordered for our pizza. We missed the call so only found this out 30 minutes after they contacted us. They informed us they went ahead and made the pizza without the tomatoes and sent it out for delivery. They didn't offer to include an extra topping or free bread sticks or any sort of compensation. We've given them several chances, but we're done. We'll order our pizza somewhere else from now on.
