We have called repeatedly and have been given "The Royal Run Around"! The office worker told us the owner would call us back; he never did. Then the owner was on vacation and would call us on Monday when he returned; he never did. Then again the owner was out of the office, and finally when, weeks later, I asked how to contact the owner directly, he said, "It's catch as catch can. Try at 8 a.m. in the morning." We finally gave up and called another company.
So at 3pm, the day before Thanksgiving a circuit that included my water heater decided to go out. I called S&S and within an hour they had a electrician at my house correcting the issue. After the problem was located and fixed, he spent time to insure all circuits and outlets were functioning correctly, he then left his phone number in case there was a problem during the holiday weekend. Great service when I needed it.
This place has the best service i've ever had to deal with. Everyone working there knows what they're doing & very professional.
