Car buying is never fun. Especially the process. Used car buying is a hassle x2, easily! These guys made it roll smooth with a trade car at the time of purchase. They even allowed me to charge a reserve payment on a truck until I could sort the cashier's check a few days later when we finalized the sale.

The vehicle was slightly mis-represented. Took it for a drive, snuck a look underneath while they fetched keys for me and copied my photo ID. It needed work, but nothing the usual things an older but maintained GM truck needs. They slapped what they could on it to get it to move and sell quickly, but I have wrenched on it since for the past month to get her 110+% in shape and saved a bundle on it DIY.

Im a repeat customer...i have never had an issue and am glad to have people who i trust and they trust me. Its an as is lot...u get what u get and its on you if youre not clever enough to bring a mechanic...smh ppl love to throw stones
So overall, hassle free, fast, courteous, congenial service and after providing proof and transfer of insurance...I drove off the lot. Had my tags and title a week later. Good place. They do not repair on site, but have a shop that works for them and is recommended by them if you need assistance with your vehicle.
Tax, title, tags, out the door in less than an hour after signing off on a mountain of documents. (DHS background check too because only terrorists pay cash in full on cars these days apparently)
So, -2 stars for the little white lies, the money saved low balling with cash offer went into repairs, and still saved! I get it, they're making a buck. But they made it back when they saw reason with my offer and told them what I knew exactly what the truck needed because it didn't behave "just so". They also gave me more than fair market value on my used ride, my advantage there too was knowing and coming to terms with what the used (heavily) market value was.

Like all cash, pay here, buy here in house financing; they are not a cut above but on par with all the rest. However they will work with you if you need to pay in installments and work up a down payment. Talk to their manager Scott, he's fantastic. The owner, Rich is a hoot too, but busy yet personable if you manage to catch his ear.
